Characteristics - The Gen 108G is similar to a Bach 1-1/2G, but with a wider, more comfortable rim. The ID of the 108G is 1.08 inches, measured at .05 inches into the cup. The .300 throat size is recommended for players wanting the biggest sound in all registers and a more open blow.
Note: Some bass trombones, for example some vintage King models, have an extra deep receiver. If your mouthpiece inserts more than 1.25 inches (31 mm) into your leadpipe be sure to select the BT Deep Receiver option when ordering bass trombone mouthpieces.
