Review of our 665MV Trumpet Top
I was clear on the mouthpiece I wanted and Dave was just as clear that in his humble opinion it was the wrong choice for what I wanted to achieve on the trumpet. Of course I backed down and the 665MV recommended by Dave has been perfect. There's no question the Wedge is innovative but when the people behind it show this kind of integrity it made choosing The Wedge an easy decision. I'm not a great player (started late aged 50) but do I love to play and even in the hardest times when nothing seemed to work the one thing that always felt on my side was the mp (and my long suffering wife!) Now I'm starting to get it together...and as I develop I know I'll be back to Dave for more advice.. what would he recommend for me now! -Steve L

Dr. Dave was fantastic in giving me advice and matching my old mouthpiece. The adjustment has been pretty smooth, and the 65RT and backbone sound fantastic. I will definitely be buying some more pieces soon. -Paul N.

Review of our 64S Trumpet Top
I bought the 64S top to try as a commercial piece and I absolutely love it. The response and feel make it ideal for the longer gigs I do (sometimes 4-5 hours of playing!). There was definitely an adjustment period of a few days, but now it feels infinitely better than my old (non-Wedge) mouthpiece. I like this piece so much that I even put a cornet backbore on it and use it in my brass band (I play soprano cornet). It fits so many situations! Total game changer for me! -Ryan M.
