December Timelines

As we approach the 2021 holiday season, we will do our best to fill and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Holiday Office Hours
The office and shop will be closed from the end of the day on Friday, December 24th, until Tuesday, January 4th. Orders can be placed in the online store during this time, but they will not be processed or shipped until the new year.
Emails and voicemails will be answered as quickly as possible in the new year, but it will take a few days to catch up. We will process orders and respond to messages as soon as possible.
Shop Hours & Production Times
Orders for mouthpieces that are in stock will be shipped in 1-2 business days, up to and including Christmas Eve.
The current production time for mouthpieces that are not in stock is 4-5 weeks. In Canada and the US this means any holiday gift orders should be placed by November 5th. However, we will not guarantee that your order will arrive before the holidays.
As of November 1st, international orders (outside Canada/US) for mouthpieces that are not in stock will not be expected to arrive until the new year.
As of November 25th, all orders for items that are not in stock will not be expected to be shipped until the new year.
The office and shop will be closed from December 24th to January 4th for the holidays. This time will not not be inluded in any production timelines or estimates.
Shipping Times
Harrison Mouthpieces cannot guarantee any shipping or delivery times. More information about shipping timelines is available on this page. Shipping during December is very unpredictable and any given timelines are estimates only. We will not ship with couriers, such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, but will continue to ship with Canada Post and their affiliates.
