The 67MDV trumpet mouthpiece is the Wedge version of a Bach 1-1/2C, Yamaha 16C4, Schilke 16C4, Monette B2, and similar mouthpieces designed to produce a big, dark, "orchestral" sound. All the mentioned mouthpieces work well in that department, but not without a significant downside.

These are fairly large mouthpieces, so range and endurance can be a challenge when using them.

The Wedge 67MDV produces the sound you want with one very important difference. You can expect more range and edurance with the Wedge. You'll also enjoy greater responsiveness, more flexibility, and greater comfort.

The 67MDV is available in silver plated brass and the new Hybrid design, which outsells silver plated brass two to one. The medical grade ceramic polymer used in the Hybrid design eliminates the problem of metal allergies, is more comfortable, and has a warmer and richer sound than a similar all-brass mouthpiece.

If this model is not a good fit, it can be exchanged for a different size or returned for a full refund with our 90 day money back guarantee.

Will the Wedge work well for you? That's a good question. There is a 90% chance that it will.

I can tell you that our exchange rate only 5%, our return rate is a very low 10%, and that we have many happy customers coming back for a second or third mouthpiece.

So, what would it mean for you to have the same sound that you have now, or better, with two or three notes added to your usable, reliable range, and 30% more endurance?

It's time for you to find out.
