Asymmetrical Dual Orientation: The top and bottom rims feature slightly different shapes, giving you two distinct rim profiles in a single mouthpiece.
Next-Gen G3 Geometry: Designed with a slightly narrower rim and a more pronounced vertical oval than the G2 models for increased efficiency and response.
Customizable Playing Feel: Highly adaptable to your unique embouchure. While playable in either direction, most players prefer positioning the wider rim at the top and the orientation dot facing down.
The Gen 3 30D tuba mouthpiece is two steps smaller than a PT50 or PT88, and about the same diameter as a typical Helleberg mouthpiece. Wedge D mouthpieces have a deep bowl shaped cup similar to PT50 and PT88 mouthpieces. The 30D produces a huge sound with a very even response in all registers.
